- Phone Doctor: All hardware diagnostic tests are performed locally on your device. STS does not upload or transmit diagnostic results to any external servers.
- Technical Info: We may access basic device information (model/OS version) to ensure compatibility of the toolset.
- Local Storage: Your preferences (Dark Mode, Language, Currency) and Reminders are stored directly on your device. STS cannot access this data remotely.
1.2 Communication
- Direct Support: If you use the WhatsApp or Email links within STS, you are voluntarily providing your contact information. This is used solely to assist with your repair or inquiry.
- Price Estimator: Selections made within the 2026 Price List tool are processed in real-time and are never recorded by us.
2. Data Protection & Security
We implement technical measures to protect any data handled by STS. All external links (Netlify, Email) utilize encrypted protocols. Local data remains private to your device unless you choose to clear it.
3. Your Controls
STS provides simple tools for you to manage your data:
- Smart Cleanup: Use this feature to refresh the system cache.
- Reset All App Data: This function permanently removes all your saved settings and local records from STS.
- Uninstallation: Deleting the STS app from your device immediately removes all associated local storage.
